The Association of Service Professionals in Life Insurance (ASPLI) is a non-profit organization that promotes service excellence within the life insurance industry and spearheads learning activities such as training events, conventions and benchmarking of best practices. By organizing these activities, ASPLI is able to gather exceptional professionals and leaders as a platform to continuously develop and inspire our people. Established in 1999, ASPLI has remained a dynamic force that has witnessed the transformation of service from being a means for fulfilling our obligation to our policyowners to being a key differentiator in remaining relevant and competitive. Through its various activities, ASPLI has fostered a spirt of fun, camaraderie and collaboration. Like ASPLI as an organization, its people are highly driven, committed and passionate.
